Calling all makers, artists, and maritime merchants—this is your chance to be part of the excitement as the tall ships return to Erie! The Maritime Marketplace is set in the heart of the action inside the Erie Bayfront Convention Center, just steps away from the ships and the waterfront crowds.
With tens of thousands of visitors expected, the festival offers a unique opportunity to showcase your goods, support a cherished community tradition, all while helping to fund maritime education and waterfront access programs for all.
Marketplace Operation
Setup & Teardown
Vendor booth setup will be scheduled in advance during the days leading up to the festival. Specific move-in times and instructions will be shared as we get closer to the event.
Booths must remain fully set up and staffed for the entire duration of the festival.
Teardown begins only after the Marketplace closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday, August 24.
Teardown times are as follows:

Sunday, August 24: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Monday, August 25: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Vending Hours
Vendor booth setup will be scheduled in advance during the days leading up to the festival. Specific move-in times and instructions will be shared as we get closer to the event.
You’ll be in the heart of the action throughout the weekend!
Marketplace Hours:

🕙 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
Booth Pricing & Inclusions
We offer two booth sizes to fit your needs:

10′ x 10′ space – $349

20′ x 10′ space – $549
Each vendor booth includes:
✔️ One 8′ table
✔️ Two chairs
✔️ One waste can
Need power for your display?
⚡ Electrical service is available for an additional $49.

Pay securely by credit card at the end of the form or mail in a check separately to the address below.
